When is it safe to remove eSIMs from my device?

You can safely remove your Gigago eSIM in the following situations:

  • No Data Left: If your eSIM data is used up and you don’t plan to top up.
  • Finished Using It: If the eSIM is a one-time use and you no longer need it.
  • New eSIM for the Same Location: To avoid confusion when switching to a new eSIM for the same country or region.

Steps to remove your eSIM safely:

  1. Open your phone’s Settings and go to Mobile/Cellular Data.
  2. Select the eSIM you want to remove.
  3. Tap Remove Mobile Data Plan, Delete Mobile Plan, or a similar option.

Note: Removing an eSIM is usually permanent, so ensure you no longer need it before deleting.
