As you need Wi-FI to install your eSIM and your eSIM will not start until you reach Laos and dial 121 to activate it, we recommend that you install your eSIM before departure and dial 121 to activate it when you reach Laos.
You can dial #101# or #122# to check your phone number and balance.
To delete the eSIM, you go to your phone settings, and then your eSIM, and select Remove the data plan. After confirming, your eSIM will be removed.
