What is GoEase?+
GoEase is GIGAGO's eSIM partnership program. You get your own store page with your name and logo, share the link with your customers, and earn a commission when they buy. GIGAGO handles payment, eSIM delivery and customer support.
Does it cost anything to join GoEase?+
No. Joining GoEase is free, with no top-up or deposit required.
Do I need a website?+
No. GIGAGO sets up your store page for you. You can simply share the link by message, on social media or directly with your customers.
Do I have to collect payments and deliver eSIMs myself?+
No. Customers pay on your store page. GIGAGO collects the payment, sends the eSIM by email and provides customer support after purchase.
How can my customers pay?+
English page: card payment via OnePay (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, UnionPay). Prices are shown in USD; the card is charged in VND.
Vietnamese page: bank transfer (QR code) or card via OnePay.
How much commission can I earn on GoEase sales?+
Up to 35% of the listed price (VAT included), depending on the product. Your exact rate is stated in your contract.
Can I give my customers a discount?+
Yes. You set the discount yourself in your admin account, and it comes out of your commission. For example, with a 35% commission and a 15% customer discount, you earn 20% of the listed price. With no discount, you keep your full commission.
When do I get paid?+
You receive the reconciliation report for last month's orders on the 15th of each month. Commission is paid by the 20th, via PayPal in USD (minimum $50) or by bank transfer in VND (minimum 500,000 VND). If it's below the minimum, it rolls over to the next period.
Does my store page show the GIGAGO name?+
Yes. Your page shows your name and logo and also states that Gigago is the eSIM provider and merchant of record. This makes it clear who provides and supports the eSIM.
How is GoEase different from Affiliate?+
With Affiliate, you share referral links, discount codes or widgets on your own channels, and customers complete their purchase on the GIGAGO website.
With GoEase, you get your own store page with your name and logo. Customers buy directly from your page, and you can use part of your commission to give them a discount.
