These Terms & Conditions set forth the conditions under which Gigago eSIM is offered to customers. By purchasing a Gigago eSIM for your trip, you agree that these Terms & Conditions form a contract between you – our customer and Gigago (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “us”, or “Company”).


1. Nature of service

Gigago provides travel eSIM profiles (the “eSIM”), to travelers worldwide and wish to be kept connected in the destination.

The eSIM is provided in form of a QR Code, not a physical SIM card, and it works on certain devices only which have been clearly listed in our eSIM-compatible list.

2. Prices

The eSIM price will vary, depending on the country and type of plan you choose.

The eSIM price is clearly announced on Gigago’s website, along with detailed information describing the corresponding eSIM.

The prices are posted on our Website and may be amended from time to time without prior notice.

You will not be able to use these plans when their data is used up or their expiration date has come.

3. Payment

We accept PayPal payment, and we shall not be responsible for any bank charge (if applied) arising from your payment for our eSIMs.

In the event of an Invoice dispute, the customer shall deliver a written statement to GIGAGO no later than 7 days prior to the date payment is due on the disputed invoice listing all disputed items and providing a reasonably detailed description of each disputed item.

Amounts not so disputed or have been confirmed by a final court judgment shall be deemed accepted and shall be paid, notwithstanding disputes on other items, within 7 days. GIGAGO shall seek to resolve all such disputes expeditiously and in good faith.

5. Cancellation and Refund

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you can do so without penalty before you make the payment or your eSIM QR Code has been delivered.

After your eSIM QR code has been delivered, you cannot cancel your order and can only be refunded if there is an error in our eSIM which has been communicated to but cannot be fixed by our Support Team.

In case you cannot find the eSIM email in your primary inbox, please check your email spam or Promotion box, or contact us for assistance. Your failure to do so will result in no refund.

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment method (e.g. paypal) used to make the purchase. The refund process may take up to 10 business days.

6. Entire Agreement

This agreement along with the Privacy Statement constitutes the entire agreement between you and and supersedes any and all prior agreements, statements, or representations regarding Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.

No waiver, amendment, or other modification made by you shall be valid or binding unless it is made in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement is governed by the laws of the local government.
