No, the iPhone 6 series do not support eSIM, including iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus.
eSIM is a new technology that allows you to use mobile plans without inserting a physical SIM Card. iPhone 6 series was designed to work with traditional nano-SIM cards only.
This new feature is only available in later models starting with the iPhone XS and XR. You can check out compatible iPhone models here.
