Install within 30 days of receiving your QR code.
Scan the QR code one day before your flight or when you arrive in the UAE.
Each QR code works only once. If installation doesn't work, don't delete the eSIM—contact support instead.

Add at least one extra day beyond your planned stay.
No passport or identity verification is required.
Supported apps: Google, YouTube, Facebook, Zalo, and WhatsApp work normally.
TikTok and most AI apps (including ChatGPT) aren't supported on this plan.
