Not officially. The official tourist SIM websites for SK Telecom, KT, and LG U+ all direct foreign visitors to the same pickup airports: Incheon (Terminal 1 and 2), Gimpo, and Gimhae. Jeju Airport isn’t included on any of those official pickup lists.
Jeju Airport’s official facility directory, published by Korea Airports Corporation, doesn’t list a carrier-operated tourist SIM counter in the terminal. If you’re counting on having mobile data as soon as you land, for booking a taxi, opening Google Maps, or contacting your hotel, it’s safer to arrange your connection before you arrive rather than expect to find a tourist SIM counter at the airport.
Although Jeju isn’t an official tourist SIM pickup airport, that doesn’t mean there are no telecom services at the airport.
SK Telecom’s Korean-language T World website lists a roaming center on the 3rd floor of the international section, opposite Gate 5, with opening hours from 07:00 to 19:00.
According to SK Telecom’s Korean-language T World website, this location primarily provides services for Korean customers using international roaming, such as roaming support, phone rental, portable WiFi rental. Because tourist SIM sales aren’t officially listed, it’s best to ask the staff directly if you’re already there.
If you need help after arriving, the airport’s tourist information desks are your next best option. They can usually tell you whether any temporary SIM or rental services are operating that day.
If your phone supports eSIM, setting up an eSIM before departure is simply the most convenient way to stay connected from the moment you arrive at Jeju Airport. You don’t have to queue at a counter, worry about pickup hours, or wonder whether a SIM shop is open after your flight lands.

This is especially convenient if you’re transferring to Gimpo’s domestic terminal, since Gimpo’s tourist SIM counters are located in its international terminal.
If your international flight arrives at Gimpo or Gimhae, all three major carriers offer official pickup counters in the international terminal.
At Gimpo, counters generally operate from around 06:30 to 23:00, while Gimhae also remains an official pickup airport for SK Telecom, KT, and LG U+.

Most tourist SIMs include unlimited LTE data, while many also come with a Korean phone number, free incoming calls and texts, and optional top-ups for outgoing calls. If you’re only staying for a day, keep in mind that 1-day plans are limited and aren’t generally available for pickup at Jeju Airport.
