No. The Europe & UK eSIM does not come with phone number. However, you can stay in contact with family and friends by using messaging and calling apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype, etc.). If you want to have a local phone number (French), you can refer our Europe eSIM 33 Countries – Data + Calls or Orange Europe eSIM 40 countries with number.
Can I make phone calls or send texts using Europe & UK eSIM?
You cannot make analog calls but can make calls and send texts through apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype, etc.

How to install an eSIM?

Do I have to turn on my eSIM data roaming?
Yes, you are required to do so to get the best coverage. This will not incur any additional fees, as long as you have already set up the Gigago eSIM.
What happens if I use up my data or my days of validity?
If your data has been used up or your eSIM validity comes to an end, your eSIM card will no longer work and you will not be able to connect to the internet. If you want more data, buying a new plan is the best choice.
When should I set up my eSIM for Europe?
As you need Wi-Fi to set up your eSIM, we recommend that you install your eSIM before departure. And then, activate your eSIM data plan when you land in your destination.
How many times can I scan the eSIM QR code?

How early can I buy the eSIM?
The QR code is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, so you can buy it in advance and keep it in your email for up to 30 days. However, do not purchase too early, as the QR code will expire after this period.
